Our approach to the
provision of insurance cover for Refuge risks is to simplify the
buying process. Most Refuges have a core insurance requirement
and our insurance package aims to deliver these basic
requirements in one simple and easy to understand policy.
Most insurers are
reluctant to consider insurance cover for Refuge based risks,
however, our long standing involvement in this area has allowed
us to build an understanding of the risks involved and to agree
a highly competitive rating structure with leading insurers.
Our policyholders
also enjoy access to a dedicated Health and Safety helpline and
we are also looking to deliver an on-line safety resource for
all participating policyholders. The main features of our
policy and service are:

- Cover for losses of revenue following insured damage

workers
