Personal Lines Account Handler – Salary negotiable depending upon experience, based in York
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Broking Team for an experienced Personal Lines Handler.
You will be dealing with mainly business customers over the telephone and occasionally face to face, acting as a point of contact for them, which will involve providing new business quotes, dealing with renewals, and mid-term adjustments. You will also be dealing with any day to day queries that they have and routinely work alongside Account Executives.
You need to be computer literate and have excellent keyboard skills. The successful individual will be articulate, intelligent, well presented and with an excellent telephone manner. You should be an effective communicator, have the ability to work to deadlines, be challenge orientated, a team player and well organised.
The ideal candidate will have or be prepared to take steps towards CII qualifications.

Using Dotmailer to send out email campaigns and using Indesign and Photoshop to create a range of materials to support departments within the company.
