We promise we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of all new claims within 1 working day.
  • Clients are to be kept informed of the progress of a claim at regular and agreed intervals.
  • Offer a full claims handling service including presentation and negotiation.
  • Arrange, if required, a replacement vehicle with ‘Enterprise Rent a Car’ on non-fault claims.
  • Instruction of Loss Adjusters from our nominated panel.
  • Accompanying liability investigations.
  • Settlement cheques to be issued first class on the day of receipt or BACS transfer whenever possible.
  • Periodic provision of claims management information in the format desired and agreed.
  • We will pursue uninsured recoveries against third parties in-house as far as practicable before passing our file to solicitors.
  • Where appropriate and agreed, a periodic visit by dedicated claims handler.
