We promise we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of all new claims within 1 working day.
- Clients are to be kept informed of the progress of a claim at regular and agreed intervals.
- Offer a full claims handling service including presentation and negotiation.
- Arrange, if required, a replacement vehicle with ‘Enterprise Rent a Car’ on non-fault claims.
- Instruction of Loss Adjusters from our nominated panel.
- Accompanying liability investigations.
- Settlement cheques to be issued first class on the day of receipt or BACS transfer whenever possible.
- Periodic provision of claims management information in the format desired and agreed.
- We will pursue uninsured recoveries against third parties in-house as far as practicable before passing our file to solicitors.
- Where appropriate and agreed, a periodic visit by dedicated claims handler.
